Bus Transportation for Summer Camp Programs Services

The vendor is required to provide rental of buses with driver to transport children to and from summer camp programs for the 2025 summer camp programs in state.
- Bus pick-up and return points are shown on schedule of bus transportation.
- Safety of all children and city employees transported is the essence of this contract and all operators used in the execution of this contract will be expected to obey all of the applicable highway traffic acts.
- All drivers must conform to bill 45 highway traffic act and use traffic control signals for pick up and drop offs.
- Some noise, singing or children’s excitement is to be expected.
- The driver should be aware and understanding of the situation as some children will be experiencing their very first bus trip.
- The staff will be riding the bus and will assist the driver in maintaining order.
