Transportation Services

The vendor is required to provide transportation services will be utilized primarily for school field trips during the instructional day and select events occurring after school hours.
- Provide a range of transportation options through a self-service booking platform that allows the district to independently select and schedule vehicles based on trip requirements.
- The platform must be user-friendly and accessible to authorized district personnel.
- The vendor must be able to accommodate trips with multiple destinations.
- The vendor shall also offer live trip tracking and provide text message and/or email updates regarding trip status, vehicle location, and estimated arrival times.
- All services must be rendered in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
