Telephone Systems Install Support and Maintenance Services

The vendor is required to provide telephone systems install support and maintenance services
for connected via a single network using VoIP trunks over the board’s gigabit ethernet wide-area network (wan).
- Administration office systems (core telephony)
•    IPO server edition r11 (VM)
o    ~400 sets, including licenses for CTI link pro, receptionist, 44 voice mail pro ports, 100 sip trunks, Avaya IP endpoints, power users, collaboration, SM trunks, and contact center select.
o    IPO 500v2 r11 (analog gateway) supports up to 40 fax devices and 16 co ports.
o    IPO 500v2 r11-keaton office — ~60 phones, connected as a gateway to the server for failover and features.
•    IPO server edition r11 (VM)
o    For third-party sip endpoints — supports up to 300 endpoints.
•    Avaya ix messaging
o    Central voicemail with 5,000 mailboxes.
•    Avaya contact center select
o    30 voice agents, Avaya web license manager, and Avaya media server.
•    Avaya aura session manager and system manager
o    Including web license manager, sip trunk licenses, and IP endpoints
•    Two Avaya session border controllers
o    Active and standby failover and 230 sip trunk licenses.
•    Avaya call reporting
o    supporting users, real-time agents, desktop agents, recording ports, and custom reporting.
•    Ten NVT Phybridge
o    48-port Polre switches.
