The vendor is required to provide that personality disorder consultations and training services for treatment and community stabilization of individuals with personality disorders by the agency.
1. The contractor shall provide up to 150 hours of training opportunities annually for direct support professionals, nursing and clinical departments on identifying and treating personality disorders, with a focus on antisocial personality and borderline personality disorders.
2. The contractor shall assure trainings will be available to all 12 state facilities at varying times to accommodate all shifts.
3. The contracts shall assure training will be mixture of onsite, in person and virtual opportunities with options to record for future use.
4. The contractor shall provide up to 500 hours of consultation on demand within 2 business days of request from facility.
5. The contractor shall assure consultation be in person or virtual at the agreement of the facility and agency, with opportunities for both based on the needs of the recipient.
6. The contractor shall assure consultation can extend for patients up to 30 days post discharge to their community providers for stabilization.
7. The contractor will assure consultation include development of and adherence to evidence-based practices for treatment and behavioral intervention. • The purchasing agency will:
1. Agency will assure access, scheduling and point person for each facility.
2. Agency will develop a referral process for use of consultative services.
3. Agency will work with contractor to develop training schedule and assure onsite resources are provided for such training.
4. Agency will convene biweekly touchpoints to review progress and use of services from contractor.
