Social Equity Advisor Services

The vendor is required to provide that social equity advisor services for retailer, social equity retailer or class a microbusiness. in addition, the consultant will design the programs for business and workforce development focus area.
- project initiation and planning
• Meet with the city clerk or designee to understand the specific requirements to reviewing the relevant of the 23 adult-use cannabis applications
• Meet with the city clerk or designee and relevant stakeholders to gain an understanding of the city's social equity goals for the business and workforce development focus area
• Review ordinance city of adult-use marihuana business ordinance
• Review resolution city of social equity program
- Application review
• Review the following contents of the applications:
a. Social equity plan
b. Social equity participation
• Provide a detailed written scoring recommendation on the application review form(s) for the 23 adult-use cannabis applications
- Cannabis business and workforce development focus area design
• design programs to achieve the three (3) major business and workforce development goals
• Design programs and services for job training for low-income residents
• Design programs and services for job training and small business development for residents interested in the cannabis industry
- Documentation and delivery
• Provide drafts of the programs and services for the job training for low-income residents for the city clerk to review
• Provide drafts of the programs and services for job training and small business development for residents interested in the cannabis industry for the city clerk to review
• Provide final programmatic designs of programs and services for job training for low-income residents
• Provide final programmatic designs of programs and services for job training and small business development for residents interested in the cannabis industry
• Adherence to agreed timelines for deliverables.
