The Vendor is required to provide providing parking management and collection services for large events such as concerts, expo events, and festivals.
- Types of personnel available:
• Parking seller
• Parking lead/supervisor
• Traffic control (parking lot when needed)
• Provide all necessary staffing, including uniforms, and comprehensive training.
• Provide all employee related management and administration
• Provide a starting change fund for events to facilitate smooth operations.
• Deploy a comprehensive portable point of sale (POS) system specifically designed for parking sales; this system includes integrated receipt printing capabilities, support for both cash and card payments.
• Provide radios and seller aprons to facilitate effective communication and organization.
• Ensure smooth ingress and egress of event attendees and provide seamless parking solution for both guests and staff alike
• Utilize wayfinding and disseminate important event information related to parking.
• Have on-site management to oversee operations and ensure seamless execution.
• Provide signage and cones if required for efficient traffic management.
• Each event shall be staffed at a level agreed upon by the venue with contractor and establish start and end times for coverage to align with event schedules.
• Upon arrival at the event site, personnel shall be fully equipped with all necessary resources for operation.
• At the conclusion of each event, the venue shall receive a detailed report outlining sales, broken down by cash and card payments.
• Provide granular reports, including sales data broken down to the hour or minute, to provide the venue with valuable insights into the event timeline and performance.
• Report to county regarding events that last longer than scheduled or if a problem occurs; reporting to county must be made within 24 hours of the event.
• Ensure all assigned personnel reflect a high level of professionalism, positive attitude, grooming and appearance, and be of mental and physical capacity to perform requested duties at all times.
• Assign no more than two representatives with whom county will contact and coordinate.
• Payment of the collected funds to the venue shall be done monthly and include a detailed report of revenue generated per event for the month.
