Buyers Representative Services

The Vendor is required to provide real estate firms or individuals to buyer’s representative services in connection with the potential acquisition of one of two pre-identified office properties for adaptive reuse as a community center.
- Requirement:
• Assistance with the evaluation and potential acquisition of one of two pre-identified office properties for adaptive reuse as a community center.
• On-call real estate advisory and acquisition support services for future city property transactions, at the city's sole discretion.
