The vendor is required to provide a comprehensive Drupal hosting service ensuring a reliable hosting environment.
• Deploy a managed Drupal hosting environment that incorporates our sites and ensures high availability and performance.
• Provide CI/CD pipelines for code deployment to dev, UAT, and prod (or similar) environments.
• Data residency: all data stored exclusively in country.
• Provide security certifications (e.g., soc 2, iso 27001) to confirm compliance with industry standards.
• Share infrastructure architecture diagrams for the board’s security review.
• Perform daily automated backups.
• Provide reports on website uptime and performance
• Updating and management of infrastructure
• Updating and management of Drupal (core, modules, themes)
- The board operates 6 sites that are envisaged to be hosted on Drupal within the selected hosting package.
- Each site has its own distinct design and purpose, with 4 operating off independent domains. traffic breakdowns are as follows:
1. Main site (site 1), on its own domain:
• 2 sub-sites (site 2 and site 3) within the path of site 1
• Page views: ~150k page views / month, includes site 2 and site 3 traffic
• Users: ~21.8k users / month, includes site 2 and site 3 traffic
2. Site 4, on its own domain:
• Page views: ~24k page views / month
• Users: ~11k users / month
3. Site 5, on its own domain:
• Page views: ~ 9.9k page views / month
• Users: ~1.8k users / month
• Spikey traffic: April had 33k views with 19k users
4. Site 6, on its own domain:
• Page views: ~ 6k page views / month
• users: 166 users / month.
