Website Application Maintenance and Future Development Services

The vendor is required to provide software development firms to provide feature development, upgrades, ongoing maintenance, support, and project management for an existing web application.
- This project is to enhance the functionality as requested, ensure the system is up-to-date with current technologies, and provide ongoing maintenance and support.

- Website:
• Development language front end, API and database:
1. Typescript with supporting languages that include but are not limited to: JSON, YAML, html, PowerShell, SQL and others

- Operation:
• A nightly data import from agency student information systems (SIS) is uploaded to the Microsoft SQL server by the API, the data is analyzed for changes to the student transportation request information new or changed request information is uploaded into the site database for transportation staff review and approval, denial, or change request.
• An email is then sent from the website to the requestor concerning the status of the specific request.
• Feature development: implementing new features based on agency transportation department requirements.
• Upgrades: maintaining the website to include the latest technologies and best practices.
• Maintenance: updating and or upgrading existing website as required to maintain functionality and schools security requirements.
• Support: providing ongoing support to address any issues or bugs.
• Project management: coordinating development activities, including communication with agency transportation services stakeholders.  • Website design mockups
