The Vendor is required to provide a website with an audience consisting of bond investors, rating agencies and other stakeholders.
- The website is a resource for those looking to learn more about the credit and borrowing programs of the agency.
- Debt statements, official statements, monthly revenue reports, annual audits, along with key contacts and other documents, can be found on the website.
- Provider that is adept with the Drupal platform and can refresh the site, optimize certain features and offer reliable, low-cost security and maintenance support.
- Administration
• The website must allow for three (3) department administrators.
• The designated administrator(s) should have access to all areas of the website to allow for updates.
• Individualized training should be available to all department administrators on an as-needed basis, particularly for navigating the platform and creating or editing content.
• If significant changes are introduced, some initial training may be required.
• On an ongoing basis, department anticipates that no more than five (5) hours of training per year will be necessary.
- Analytics
• The website must have integrated analytics tracking to allow for visitor, page, and content tracking and/or the ability to easily integrate google analytics.
• The firm must be able to conduct monitoring of analytics and advise department of irregularities.
• It will be the firm’s responsibility to advise department how changes to specific components may affect tracking and website performance.
- The website should have customizable search and filters built into our updates section.
- Users must be able to parse through posts by date, tag and title.
- The website design should feel modern and clean — similar or close to design guidelines established by Google would be preferable.
- Information should be organized and presented in a visually compelling manner which best serves key audiences.
- The website should also be responsive so that it seamlessly adjusts to fit computers, tablets, and smartphones while maintaining functionality.
- The website must be easily crawled by and optimized for search engines.
- Website must include the following:
• On-demand technical support
• Disaster recovery backups of the site and server
• Regular security patches and updates
• Security monitoring for breaches including continuous, undisrupted operation of the website
• Communication on major updates to Drupal that may affect site stability or require content migration or reconfiguration
• Training of non-technical support staff
• Handling the maintenance of our Liquid Web account for hosting services
• Minor enhancements.
