The Vendor is required to provide is renovating its website and seeking a web hosting provider, to provide secure, high-performance WordPress web hosting services.
- Solution must meet the following minimum requirements:
• Hosting platform: managed WordPress hosting
• Server location: state (mandatory state data residency)
• Server type: dedicated (no shared hosting environments)
• Storage capacity: minimum 80 GB SSD storage
• SSL certificate: provision and ongoing management of SSL certificate(s) (agency owns domain; no domain registration services required)
• Performance and uptime: 99.9% or greater uptime guarantee
• Privacy compliance: hosting environment must comply with pipeda and the state freedom of information and protection of privacy act (FOIPOP)
• Data ownership: agency retains full ownership of all data, with provisions for secure data migration upon contract termination
• Disaster recovery: availability of disaster recovery plans, distinct from routine backups.

• Confirm WordPress-specific hosting features.
• Confirm server physical location in state.
