NET and Umbraco Webmaster Services

The vendor is required to provide webmaster services for the department’s suite of public-facing websites.
- Vendors capable of supporting our .NET and Umbraco-based web environments with ongoing maintenance, content updates, security patching, and related webmaster support.
- Webmaster management duties will include:
• Ongoing content updates across all main and divisional department websites. 
• Performing regular security patches for the Umbraco CMS (application layer).
• Addressing accumulated webmaster support tickets during planned weekly check-ins (rather than project-based or ad-hoc support). 
• General .NET and Umbraco support, but no custom plugin or application development (the department aims to keep the environment standardized and stable).
