The Vendor is required to provide for the redesign and development of its official county website using the WordPress platform.
- Provide to establish a modern, secure, and user-centric website that improves public engagement, transparency, and efficiency in service delivery.
- Services include:
• Comprehensive redesign of the county website using WordPress.
• Ability to create and manage up to five subsites, including a distinct tourism subsite with its own look and feel.
• Migration of existing content to the new WordPress platform with enhancements.
• Custom theme development or selection of a premium theme suited for government operations.
• Fully responsive website across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Website must be ADA and WCAG 2.2 compliant. All future content, including content added by users, must also meet accessibility standards.

• Event Calendar & Registration: System for public event listings with registration capabilities.
• Business Listings: Directory of local businesses with registration capabilities.
• Interactive Features: Tools such as event calendars, GIS mapping, and interactive forms.
• Payment & Forms: Ability to add payment options and form submissions at a later date.

• Job Board: Integrated system for posting job openings and managing applications.
