The vendor is required to provide to enhance the legislative assembly website through research, design, and implementation in four phases:
1. Research and analysis (phase 1 & 2 - complete by march 31, 2026):
• Conduct a content audit, sector comparison, and effectiveness of user engagement
• Gather stakeholder insights via focus groups to refine website features and branding
2. Design and development (phase 3 & 4 - complete by march 31, 2027):
• Create three initial wireframe options based on findings
• Based on agency chosen option, create a comprehensive development plan including a content hierarchy and polished visual design. (The finalized development plan will ensure accessibility, search engine optimization (SEO), and las branding alignment.)
• Work in collaboration of the las its team for implementation, facilitated an interactive participant beta-test and make design changes as needed before final deployment.
