The vendor is required to provide website hosting services for requirements:
• Secure website hosting
• Server space allocation
• Plugin and CMS core updates performed monthly to maintain site functionality and security
• Unlimited basic content and page edits, such as text or image changes
• Uptime monitoring with alerts and interventions for outages or unexpected downtime
• 12–24-hour turnaround on standard update requests during business hours 8am – 4pm
• 12–24-hour turnaround on service inquiries
• Weekly backups with 12-week retention and restoration support upon request
• SSL certificate management, including renewals and security monitoring
• Site speed monitoring
• No subcontracting of services.
