The Vendor is required to provide work performed under this contract will provide support for all custom and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) application configuration, development, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance and deployment activities for the department.
- The provision of Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) on an “as-and-when-requested basis” to install, configure, support, maintain and enhance performance of department.
- Leads key enterprise pilot projects to support strategies for enterprise information, document, and records management toolsets.
- We request a temporary external resource to support the upgrade of our TeamSite environment.
- The current version (16.6) runs on Windows Server 2012, which is no longer supported.
- We also maintain a list of customized components developed in Java that will require updates during the migration.
- This resource will provide the expertise needed to ensure a secure, efficient transition with minimal disruption.
- The A.7 Programmer/Analyst (Level 2) must perform
• Provide technical support to the department EWCMS.
• Perform daily support, maintenance and related activities such as problem analysis, troubleshooting programming and testing, in order to ensure all aspects of the existing technology, solutions are integrated and function properly.
• Perform technical migration and upgrades to the various components of the enterprise web content management services (EWCMS).
• Develop and maintain migration and upgrade scripts.
• Provide the installation and configuration of EWCMS application and its servers’ licenses on the host servers.
• Design, develop, test, maintain and implement web-based applications as directed by the Technical Authority.
• Provide the level of complexity and level of effort required for development work.
• Provide software development advice during project status update meetings, technical working group sessions, or at any time at the request of the Technical Authority.
• The advice must be in the form of: presentations, briefings, documentation, training or coaching; and
• Responding to queries and requests from clients.
