The Vendor is required to provide to create a modern user experience on the website.
- It is currently using the WordPress CMS integrated with spring share products: ask a librarian service (LibAnswers), resource web pages (LibGuides), an events calendar, room and equipment reservations, a more complex reservation system for scheduling a theater, cultural pass reservation (LibCal), as well as form stack, innovative interfaces Seirra, integrated library system catalog, and google analytics.
- Create a more modern experience on the website by creating a new clean design standard.
- Introduce flexible templates capable of accommodating future, unknown content types.
- Improve the discovery of library resources and events for patrons.
- Deliver or highlight deeper content in a simple, attractive, and logical manner on the homepage.
- Improve the patron experience by updating the presentation, structure and organization of information to make locating information intuitive to find and to highlight underused resources.
- Provide data tracking and customizable reporting.
- Reduce staff time spent answering routine questions through information hierarchy and discovery (e.g. hours, locations, locations of the makerspaces, etc.)
- Seamless integration to allow staff to create and control all content from a single application and alleviate the need for staff to perform duplicate tasks.

• Introduce location pages with consistent layouts for each facility and special locations within facilities, like the theater, the makerspaces, and literacy program.
• Integrated A.I. tools or API configuration for A.I. chat.
• Personalized event digests and book recommendations.
• The ability to dynamically highlight single program information and list of events for the day.
• A search that integrates results from multiple data sources around our website. Example: a search for the one book, one city program would result in related events and library items in the catalog.
• Present video and sections based upon audience or topic designated by staff on the homepage.
