Website Decision Management and Publishing Tool

The vendor is required to provide website decision management and publishing tool for the citizen services branch and the innovation, information and technology branch regarding the feasibility of creating a database on their new website.
- Integration with existing website architecture
•    Ensure seamless integration with the board website infrastructure
o    Full integration with the existing board website 
o    Operate smoothly within the board website infrastructure without disrupting current functionalities, layout, or user flow
•    Compatibility with security protocols and web architecture
o    Board follows department security’s policies to ensure that all information, including public data, is managed and protected appropriately. 
o    Public information is made available in accordance with the access to information act. 
o    Only authorized personnel can access case-related information or internal system. 
o    Publicly available data is stored in systems that comply with federal classifications and standards. 
o    Systems handling information will be subject to regular audits, monitoring, and compliance checks. 
o    Facilitate public access seamlessly so that users can easily view, search, and navigate decisions from within the board website
- Advanced search capabilities and functionalities
•    Provide a search engine designed specifically for legal information retrieval
o    Recognition of legal citations 
o    Auto complete for case names and citations 
o    Proximity and wildcard search 
o    Synchronization of the board of appeal decisions to institute
•    The search engine must have a mobile friendly interface 
•    Provide an intuitive interface for searching and browsing documents.
o    Intuitive meaning easy to learn or use without any instruction for the average user.
- Multi-lingual support
•    Must deliver a fully bilingual platform, available in English and French. 
•    All user interfaces and documentation must be translated accurately in both official languages.
