UX Research Software

The Vendor is required to provide user experience (UX) research software to support evidence-based human-centered design practices.
- Software offering has a scalable architecture to accommodate the growth or our organization, including the following:
•    The software must be delivered as a SaaS offering.
•    Hosted by the vendor.
•    Multi-OS/Platform support (e.g., Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android/ChromeOS)
•    No limit regarding sessions, data and surveys retention.
•    Custom URL subdomain for our organization.
•    Must provide robust APIs for custom integrations and third-party applications.
- Software offering user interface be intuitive and user-friendly for both technical and non-technical users, including the following:
•    Easy to learn
•    Easy to navigate
•    Community Portals, Documentation, how to articles, product roadmap
•    Allow for collaboration,
•    Creation and sharing of survey templates.
•    Technical support available through in-app requests, email and phone.
- Software offering includes robust security features like role-based access, encryption, and regular security updates, including the following:
•    Access control with two-factor authentication
•    Must integrate through single sign-on via Azure
•    Entra using SAML SSO.
•    Encryption of data in transit and at rest at AES-256, TLS 1.3
- Software offering complies with industry standards and regulations, including the following:
•    Compliant with WCAG 2.1 AAA accessibility standards
•    French or English supports
•    French or English documentation
•    French or English user interface
- User recruitment and incentive payments, including the following:
•    Must be able to recruit both English- and French speaking state participants for user experience research.
•    Must be able to recruit by various demographics, including age, income and education. Either as part of panel criteria or customized screening questions.
•    Must be able to add a screener with up to 5 screening questions.
•    Must be able to schedule moderated test participants based on schedule provided by UX researchers.
•    Platform must be able to pay incentives to test participants, provided either by:
o    The bidding company
o    Agency through the bidding company
