The Vendor is required to provide website enhancement services designed to improve student success as well as offer annual hosting services.
- Provide an effective web presence that reflects the excellence of the teaching, learning, research, and community outreach offered to the state the university.
- This website must provide a unique and captivating blend of media and technology, while ultimately providing a web destination for access to other university resources.
- Create the best possible user experience for all constituencies served by the university (prospective and current students, faculty and staff, and visitors).
- Excellent web presence requires that the site content be dynamic and interesting, the selected consultant must provide recommendations for the maintenance for appropriate continuation with staff resources.
- The site should integrate with social media and be adaptive to various devices.
- Website design and content should be accessible in accordance with the World Wide Web consortium (w3c) web accessibility initiative's “web content accessibility guidelines 2.0,” level AA standards and the requirements of applicable federal and state law, regulation, and guidance.

- The Website Enhancement Includes:
• Discovery: exploratory review of user experience, content, analytics audit, stakeholder interviews and focus groups.
• Web strategy: institutional overview, target audiences, digital positioning, strategic measurements, recommendations to measure website success, and recommendations for university staffing.
• Design: information architecture, search engine optimization, ADA compliance, content governance, content writing, visual design, and user testing.
• Implementation: template development, content migration, custom analytics implementation, and CMS training.
• Deployment: quality assurance testing, post-launch troubleshooting and support.
• Measurement and optimization: post-launch analytics to showcase the change in user behavior and overall site performance
- Provide annual website hosting services equivalent to the services currently in place.
- Specified earlier, the University currently utilizes Ingeniux version 10 for website hosting.
