The vendor is required to provide website development services across the region sites of care delivery maintaining ongoing support, maintenance, and development services for a website portfolio.
- Web support and maintenance, across region's websites, as outlined below:
• Provide access for internal non-technical staff to update content directly including trivial page updates and the follow existing custom items. (a.) medical staff services calendars; (b.) procurement solicitations; (c.) procurement notices; (d.) team listings (leadership, clinics, etc.).
• Performs development, updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting on the region’s websites, with turn-around time should be no more than two business days.
• Identify and resolve website performance issues, technical glitches, and navigation concerns.
• Update plugins and website platform components to ensure seamless functionality working with internal it, as required.
• Monitor website performance and uptime to proactively address potential issues.
• Provide region's websites support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
• Maintain a reportable database of known website issues and solutions for reference.
• Implement security enhancements to protect the website against vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Collaboration and communication across region's websites as outlined below:
• Work closely with internal teams to understand website and marketing needs and optimize projected utilization.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical staff, providing user-friendly explanations and pleasant support.
• Collaborate, as required, with IT team members to improve system functionality and address evolving business needs.
