The vendor is required to provide website development services for include:
•    Fully hosted platform delivered as a managed cloud service with all infrastructure, OS, database, and application layers maintained off-premises—automatic security updates, backups, scaling, and 24/7 monitoring with zero on-site server management required. 
•    Develop a custom-built website with a responsive design, ensuring optimal user experience across all devices or owner approved equivalent platform 
•    Develop and implement an admin panel that allows for easy content management, including text, image, and video updates throughout the website. 
•    Enable the creation of additional pages through the admin panel. 
•    Implement a custom site map to enhance website navigation and organization. 
•    Provide a visually appealing UI/UX design that aligns with our brand identity. 
•    Integrate 3rd party ADA compliance features.
•    Integrate google translates as is currently implemented on the existing website 
•    Choose a closed platform solution to minimize the risk of malware attacks. 
•    Conduct daily malware scans to ensure website security. 
•    Integrate google analytics for tracking website performance and visitor behavior. 
•    Ensure the website is fully responsive and compatible with various browsers and devices.
•    Ensure schools retains 100% ownership of the website's intellectual property rights. 
•    Ensure the website is portable, allowing for hosting migration if necessary. 
•    Develop a scalable website that allows for future expansion without requiring a complete redesign. 
•    Develop homepage takeover capability where the existing homepage is unpublished and replaced by content that strictly focuses on an emergency (ex: hurricane). 
•    Develop a password-protected section exclusively for internal use, ensuring that confidential internal information remains inaccessible to the public. 
•    Implement website functionality that enables seamless integration with any future app that may be developed for the school system. 
•    If app development services are available, please indicate. although not mandatory, it would be advantageous if app creation is also offered. 
•    Design the homepage to support an attractive and user-friendly carousel of high-resolution images, along with captivating and easily accessible video content.
•    Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance at the early release stage to ensure optimal functionality. 
•    Fully functional staging environment: a separate test site that mirrors the live site, so officials can try out and review updates safely before pushing them to your public website. 
•    24/7 support and monitoring: around-the-clock assistance and system oversight so help is available and issues are caught any time, day or night. 
•    Migration of all existing data to the new platform.
