Drupal System Maintenance Support Services

The Vendor is required to provide maintenance and support of agency Drupal CMS and Acquia cloud platform (“Services”), which include the following:
•    Drupal Core Upgrades and time-sensitive security patches.
o    Drupal Core Upgrades when older versions reach end-of-life. 
o    Drupal Core and Theme Security patches as they become available. 
•    Deployment and implementation of all Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and Drupal upgrades and patches to staging and production servers. 
•    Acquia cloud deployments, maintenance, and security patches.
- Drupal 9 should be Migrated to Drupal 10 or current version and all existing features tested to be working properly as well as supporting future Drupal version migrations.
- Modify, Test, and Deploy existing custom modules as well as any plugins to work within a PHP future version and the removal of any deprecated methods.
- Support and upgrade existing modules and plugins when making any changes.
