Website Remediation Project Services

The vendor required to provide website content is accessible to users with disabilities, achieving full w3c WCAG 2.1 level aa compliance, and implementing a sustainable plan for maintaining accessibility.
- Tasks
•    Accessibility audit: conduct a comprehensive review of the agency’s website and associated subpages, pdfs, and media. 
•    Remediation plan and implementation: develop and execute a detailed plan for accessibility remediation. 
•    Testing and validation: perform usability and assistive technology testing. 
•    Training and documentation: provide staff training and written documentation for ongoing compliance. 
•    Ongoing monitoring and support: offer monthly scans, reports, and consultation for continued compliance. 
•    Current content that is not ADA compliant will be the responsibility of the chosen firm to bring it into compliance.
