•    Maintaining website content by non-technical and technical users via the internet, district desires an internet-based website solution that will be secure and flexible. 
•    Solution must accommodate the needs of both non-technical and technical users who will publish web pages.
•    These web pages will be used by employees, students, parents, and citizens of the community. With the proposed solution, the district must have the ability to maintain the same overall appearance throughout the District’s website and individual sites.

•    The district requires a mass notification system for alerting parents and students via phone, email, and text about emergencies and important announcements. 
•    The district also requires a two-way communication portal for teachers and students to communicate from a classroom rostering system.
