Website Migration and Redesign Services

The vendor required to provide redesigned website will be hosted on amazon web services (AWS) and built using a major content management system (CMS), such as WordPress, WIX, or square space.
- Objectives
•    Redesign the college website with a modern, responsive design and a user-friendly interface. 
•    Migrate existing content and ensure proper SEO and accessibility compliance. 
•    Host and configure the new website on AWS with enhanced security and performance. 
•    Provide training and documentation to allow internal staff to maintain the website.
- Tasks:
1. Website redesign
•    Present 3–5 theme options through the chosen CMS.
•    Customize the selected theme per branding and functional requirements.
•    Ensure the site is responsive and WCAG 2.1 compliant.
2. Data migration:
•    Transfer all content, images, and data from the current site.
•    Maintain URL structures where possible.
•    Backup and validate data; convert all migrated data to WCAG 2.1 standards.
3. Hosting and configuration:
•    Deploy the site on AWS.
•    Implement security, SSL, access controls, and speed optimizations.
•    Set up third-party integrations if applicable.
4. Handover and training:
5. Provide documentation and conduct training on the CMS’s native editor.
6. Ensure the final website is standalone and manageable by in-house staff.
