Website Migration Services

The Vendor is required to provide website migration Voicesoftheland.org from Drupal 7 to either Mukurtu 4 (upon release) or stock Drupal 11.
- This migration to the new website is necessary as Drupal 7 is end of life, and moving to Mukurtu 4 or Drupal 11 would improve performance and long-term sustainability of the website
- The current website comprises of both Stock Mukurtu 3 features and custom-built features like website theming, custom map views and story workflow approvals.
- Must provide two separate quotes:
•    Migration to Mukurtu 4
•    Migration to Drupal 11
- Services include:
•    Migration of all content, media, metadata, cultural protocols/TK Labels, user roles, and workflows.
•    Website theming and interface reconstruction within the selected platform.
•    Custom feature reconstruction including website theming, custom map views and workflow approval processes.
•    Testing, quality assurance, training, and post‑launch support.
•    Ensuring continuity of service and minimal disruption throughout the migration process.
- Analysis
•    Review of the current site including:
•    Content types, metadata fields, and vocabularies
•    Cultural protocols, TK labels, and access controls
•    Media assets and storage structure
•    User roles, permissions, and workflows
•    Identification of risks, compatibility challenges, and required customizations.
- Functional testing of:
•    Metadata and content presentation
•    Cultural protocol rules
•    Media playback
•    Search and filtering
•    Mobile responsiveness
•    Issue logging, fixes, and retesting prior to launch.
