The vendor is required to provide that disposal service for maintaining curbside appeal and ensuring the functionality of public spaces, while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.

- Paint colors will be selected by the city from the manufacturer's full range and shall align with established colors currently used by the graffiti team.
- All applicable safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and measures to prevent exposure to harmful substances such as lead-based paint.
- Only professional-grade brushes, rollers, or approved spray equipment may be used to ensure quality, durability, and environmental safety.
- Apply all paints in accordance with the manufacturer's written instructions for surface preparation, application methods, and drying times.
- Additionally, paint application shall conform to the manufacturer's recommended thickness specifications, as outlined in the product's technical data sheet or instructions.
