The vendor is required to provide grant writing service for the development and implementation of high-quality charter schools is state.
- The grant writing firm or individual(s) must provide evidence of perseverance seeking and receiving grants in a challenging, complex environment as well as an understanding of education challenges.
- The individual is responsible for the following activities and product:
• Enhance a unified narrative and vision for the charter sector in seeking grants and receiving grants; please include number of years with successful grant writing and number of awards received.
• Evidence of work with stakeholders to bring action through strong internal and external relationships.
• Work with education policy.
• Plan, seek, organize, execute, and receive grants.
• Develop and expand efforts by cultivating new and leveraging existing relationships;
• Diversifying agency funding base to ensure financial sustainability; experience operating with a 501(c) (3) is a plus.
• Plan to engage the agency and other stakeholders in the process,
• Elevate the brand of agency as a reliable, trustworthy source for policy, advocacy, and school services support; please include how many years of experience you have in grant writing.
• Partner with the commission to support the growth and influence of agency.
• Provide the staff from office to work with the awarded applicant.
• Assist with the delivery of necessary information for the grant opportunities.
