The vendor is required to provide trust shall assign, on an as-needed basis, contractor to perform fundraising and grant writing consulting services
- In coordination with the trust manager, explore, research, and apply for private sector donations to fund more affordable and supportive housing.
- Prepare reports for the trust board on the current status of private sector fundraising. report is to be provided at the trust board meetings or as requested by the chair or any member of the trust board.
- Produce collateral to increase private sector fundraising opportunities.
- Coordinate with trust manager on public grant applications available to trust.
- Coordinate with trust manager on any leads regarding private sector fundraising that may be available to trust
- Explore, research, apply and manage trust tax-exempt donations to fund more affordable and supportive housing.
- Other duties and assignments as requested by the trust board and through the trust chair to increase private sector fundraising and public sector grant awards.
- Contractor responsibilities:
• Contractor shall discuss all required services to be performed with the trust chair or key designated personnel prior to the start of work.
• Contractor shall perform all necessary work in a professional manner and notify the trust chair or designee upon project completion.
- Change management:
• No changes to an approved request for services (tasks, deliverables, timeline and not to exceed hours, etc.) shall be permitted without a change request in writing submitted by the contractor and approved in writing by the trust board.
- Communication management
• All communication for any work performed in this contract will be directed to the trust board through the trust chair.
- The annual budget for these services is approximately $60,000-$80,000.
