The vendor is required to provide grant writing and consulting services that include, but are not limited to:
1. General responsibilities
• Conduct eligibility assessments and evaluate strategic alignment for proposed projects.
• Manage the grant application process, including:
o Creation of a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) summary.
o Development of a task schedule with responsible parties and due dates.
o Identification of the grant application team (agency staff, project managers, and specialists).
• Develop project narratives, budgets, and supporting documentation.
• coordinate with agency staff and stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete submissions.
• Provide guidance on federal, state, and local compliance requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of all required documents.
• Assist with post-submission responses or follow-up requests from grant agencies.
2. Anticipated grant programs
• State transportation review advisory council (TRAC) grant
• Federal transit administration (FTA) rebuilding american infrastructure with sustainability and equity (raise/build) grant
• FTA transit-oriented development (TOD) planning grant
• Other related grant programs as may be identified during the contract term.
