Exterior Property Maintenance Services

The vendor is required to provide exterior property maintenance for landbank-owned and metro-owned vacant parcels, most of which are located in west and county.
- Property maintenance
• Exterior debris removal: this includes, but is not limited to, the removal and appropriate disposal of any debris found on the exterior of the property and garage, such as: furniture, appliances, mattresses, garbage, abandoned vehicles, weapons, biohazardous materials, tires, discarded construction materials, and any other items that were illegally dumped on property. 
• Shrubbery and overgrowth removal: this includes vegetation clearance to remove all existing shrubbery and overgrowth from the designated area. 
• Tree debris removal: this includes the removal of tree debris such as tree branches and limbs that have fallen from tree(s) onto the property. 
• Sinkhole repair: this includes stabilizing the affected area and preventing further subsidence. 
• This can be achieved through methods like excavating the sinkhole, filling it with suitable materials, and compacting the soil. 
• Pest control services: this includes eliminating unwanted pests from the exterior of the property such as insects, rodents, and other creatures that can harm property or pose health risks. 
• These services involve identifying the specific pest, locating the source of infestation, and implementing various methods such as the use of chemicals, traps, and natural solutions to eradicate the pests and prevent future infestations. 
• The event that wildlife is caught in a trap, please contact county animal control for instructions for release. 
• Lawn maintenance services: this includes services such as mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, leaf removal, etc. on the requested property.
