The vendor is required to provide assessments for including the main library, branch libraries, and support buildings.
- The assessment will cover the following components:
• Facility types and locations
• Assessment components:
o Architectural conditions (building envelope, roof, windows, doors)
o Structural systems (foundation, load-bearing elements)
o Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
o HVAC systems (age, condition, energy efficiency)
o Fire protection and life safety systems
o ADA accessibility compliance
o Interior finishes and public-facing areas
o IT and security infrastructure
o Energy usage and sustainability review
o Site and exterior features (lighting, sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping).
