Educational and Operational Efficiency Assessment Study Services

The Vendor is required to provide to conduct a study to examine its structures and processes, increase operational efficiencies, with a core focus on increasing student achievement.
- More than half of its full time employees, 19,518, are teachers, and there are also 5,062 substitute teachers.
- Ensure accountability and support (focus on continuous improvement, scalability and human capital).
- Education of the highest possible quality is defined as: Uniformly free from deficiency (e.g. there is marginally, if any, variation around the student population within the District). 
- The District requires a sustained pattern of high academic achievement for all of its students.
- Provide useful results that lead to improved system performance (promote utility and long-term sustainability).
- Hourly rates will be expressed for on-site and off-site services.
- Conduct a study that will provide the necessary framework to better align its structures and processes, increase operational efficiencies, with a core focus on increasing student achievement.
