Behavioral Workforce Needs Assessment Services

The vendor is required to provide behavioral workforce needs assessment services to implement a comprehensive needs assessment process and landscape analysis of the behavioral health workforce and develop an associated dynamic and public user-friendly data dashboard.
- Requirement:
•    Work collaboratively with agency to discover the critical features for understanding behavioral health workforce needs and then assessing them in a flexible, exploratory process. 
•    Work collaboratively with external stakeholders, including behavioral health care employer leadership, allowing their insights and needs to be reflected in the research product. 
•    Continue the landscape analysis to determine the current supply of behavioral health professionals across state. 
•    Work collaboratively with agency to uncover relevant workforce trends and challenges. 
•    Incorporate methodologies for identifying and integrating new workforce variables that support behavioral health access and opportunities for all agency. 
•    Assess completeness, accuracy, and usability of available data. 
•    Recommend enhancements to data collection, taxonomy, and structure. 
•    Produce a final report with insights and recommendations, including a framework for future data collection. 
•    Create and launch a dynamic and public user-friendly data dashboard to display the results of the needs assessment and landscape analysis. 
•    The data used and identified will belong to agency and will be kept in a format that can be used through a software platform different than the platform used for this project.
