Investment Management Services

The Vendor is required to provide fully discretionary investment management services for the district’s investment portfolio.
- Provide investment advisors that demonstrate extensive successful experience in the investment of funds in compliance with the public funds investment act to provide certain services related to the investment of district funds including but not limited to:
• The execution of securities purchases/sales for the district’s general, debt service, and capital project funds,
• Investment advice,
• Investment reporting including monthly and quarterly agency reports to the district for all district funds (including cash and investment pools not managed by the investment advisor), and
• A review of the district’s investment policy and procedures.
- The District’s primary investment objectives in order of importance are:
• Preservation and safety of principal,
• Liquidity,
• Diversification and Optimization of Earnings,
• Yield.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
