Operating Funds Custodian Services

The vendor is required to provide financial institutions to serve as the custodian of its operating funds.
- Responsible for the safekeeping of assets, trade execution, settlement, and associated reporting.
- This includes providing custodial services for short-term, intermediate-term, and long-term investment holdings, while also functioning as the university’s primary broker-dealer and clearing agent for eligible investments.
- Support the university’s treasury team in executing its investment policy statement and ensuring timely access to funds, security of principal, compliance with state statutes, and operational efficiency.
