The Vendor is required to provide the town with investment management services.
- Services include:
•    Independent state and controlled public corporation;
•    Access to a large network of financial institutions and deposit options;
•    Access to socially responsible investment options and impact GICS;
•    Produce fully audited financial statements on a quarterly basis;
•    Minimum market capitalization of $500 million;
•    Advisory team with minimum size of ten;
•    Members of team with meaningful designations;
•    Advisory team minimum assets under management of $2 billion;
•    Members in good standing with the responsible investment association (ria);
•    Diversity and inclusion within the advisory team;
•    High privacy and confidentiality standards and client information is not shared on us servers.
