•    Help with drafting the document
•    Perform value analysis of the offers received
•    Assist with negotiation approach
- The future banking may include a reassessment of the following services:
•    General checking account services with functionality
•    Depository services
o    Lockbox
o    Remote deposit
o    General check and cash acceptance
o    Payable services
1.    Commercial credit card services, including virtual and travel cards
2.    Single-use card services
3.    Automated clearing house services
4.    Wire payment services
5.    Digital payment services including Zelle, PayPal, and others
•    Supplier registration and payment services
•    Other services if deemed helpful.
