The vendor required to provide automatic teller machines (ATM) as specified herein from a source(s) of supply that will give prompt and efficient service to the county.
- Requirement:
• Fairgrounds staff to accommodate ATM needs for events.
• The annual county fair at the end of July requires up to 5 additional ATMs.
• ATM requirements for other events vary, however, will not exceed 5 ATMs.
• ATMs for events (including the county fair) are to be delivered, installed and working properly at least one hour prior to event start time.
• Event start time will be communicated to the vendor by fairgrounds staff.
• Vendor will collaborate with fairgrounds staff regarding the cash amounts available in each atm.
• Number of transactions or expectations regarding use of ATMs at events.
• The county cannot guarantee the number of ATM transactions.
- Placement of ATMs:
• The placement of the ATMs will be determined by county staff.
• All electrical utilities to support equipment will be provided by the county.
• ATMs will not be secured to county property without the permission of the facilities and fleet management leadership.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
