The Vendor is required to provide, install, and manage a cloud-based security camera and access control system.
- Access Control System
• The selected vendor shall furnish and install all necessary security hardware devices and equipment, mounting brackets, power supplies, switches, controls, consoles, and other system components.
• The selected vendor shall also furnish and install all outlets, junction boxes, conduits, connectors, wiring, and other accessories necessary to complete the system installation.
• The selected vendor shall upgrade the existing card readers and other door security hardware, as needed, to current, stable, and supported condition (e.g., to support hid iCLASS se smart cards and/or other proximity cards).
• Automatic synchronization of ad and electronic physical access control system (EPACS) users in real-time.
• Disable/enable velocity credentials for physical access based on ad users' status.
• For example, if an ad user is disabled, LDAP integration will disable all credentials associated with the ad user, resulting in no physical access to any doors on the premise secured by EPACS.
• Map ad fields to EPACS user defined fields (UDFS) through LDAP integration configuration.
• Changes made to ad user fields will be synchronized with associated EPACS UDFS
• Add/update/delete performed on ad users will be synchronized with associated EPACS users.
• Auto provision physical access to a user’s credential based on the ad user’s job code or assigned ad user field.
• Lightweight directory access protocol (LDAP) integration will make use of EPACS credential templates to assign default access based on the ad user’s position or group name (to be decided by the customer).
