The Vendor is required to provide the replacement and turnkey installation of a new Video Wall System for the city’s traffic control center.
- The City has selected a Neoti Direct View LED video wall with a 1.2 mm pixel pitch, fully integrated with a VuWall video wall control platform.
- The system is more than a decade old and is exhibiting clear signs of aging hardware. As a result, the video wall experiences increasing reliability issues, including system instability and recurring crashes, which negatively impact performance and operational continuity.
- Responsible for all aspects of the project, including but not limited to:
• Final system design and engineering
• Procurement of all equipment, materials, hardware, cabling, mounts, and accessories
• Removal and disposal of the existing video wall system
• Installation, configuration, and integration of all system components
• Software installation, licensing, and configuration
• Testing, commissioning, and system optimization
• Training of City personnel
• Delivery of final documentation and as-built drawings
- Server Room Integration
• Video wall servers and backend hardware shall be installed in the designated 2nd Floor server room.
• Provide all cabling, terminations, pathways, labeling, and documentation required to connect the server room to the video wall on the 3rd Floor.
