The Vendor is required to provide of case management and cost containment services.
- Provide for a variety of medical, optometric and dental services including funding to support clinical services provided by faculty at the college of medicine, medical resident salaries, and a range of physician recruitment and retention initiatives.
- A variety of programs and services giving health care providers electronic access to important patient information, such as laboratory results, medical imaging reports and prescriptions, from anywhere in the province.
- The online web portal you provide, including features such as provider search, claims, invoice, and payment date data, and other statistics available within the portal.
- The reporting you provide, including cadence of reports, metrics used, and the capability to break down reports by category, including patient, provider, and service provider.
- Methodology for identifying and recommending alternate cost-saving models of treatment, and how their appropriateness is determined.
