The vendor is required to provide that
-  Design service
• Prepare cad drawing of modular furniture, layout and provide quote for required product.
- new product
• All national wave works office desks, training tables and storage shelves needed to complete the furniture layout.
• Chairs are not included in this project.
- Installation services
• Install (9) freestanding national wave works desks, (4) training tables and (7) storage shelves.
- Provide one quote for design, product and installation services.
- Provide the cost for each service as a separate line item.
- Each line item on the quote should be detailed to include quantity of hours and cost per hour.
1. Design services
• Prepare cad drawings, based on approved furniture plan, see attached plan.
o Installation plan
o As-built plan
• Develop a detailed parts list based on the installation plan.
- Deliverables
• Pdf of installation plan to review and approval for agreement with approved layout.
• Detailed parts list for all components needed to complete the installation. Including all finish information.
• CAD file and pdf of as built plan to be submitted once installation is completed and prior to invoicing state entity for the work.
• Provide the modular systems electric wiring diagram cut sheet for electrician reference
2. New product
• Provide all pieces and parts required to complete the floorplan design intent
• Match design intent plans as close as possible. If you cannot match, please provide an alternative solution.
• Finishes TBD (grade 1/a)
- Deliverables:
• Quote should be detailed to include each product with description and product number
• Quote should indicate with separate columns the item list price, discount percent, and purchase price
• Installation.
