The vendor is required to provide paint VOC emissions tracking and reporting services for include:
- Report management and processing roles
• Data appears to be a red flag (i.e., data does not meet permit specifications, paint used and noted on log – safety data sheets (SDS) not on file with contractor).
• Prepares the daily, monthly, and quarterly usage reports as required under district to metro air quality management c rule 459 and makes the reports available to agency online.
• The reports must be made available to the district when visiting agency onsite for random facility checks and record review.
• Assist agency with any questions the district might have related to paint usage data.
• Updates agency on new regulatory requirements related to agency body shop paint usage operations.
• Notifies agency of training available to body shop personnel as it relates to regulatory compliance.
• Maintains body shop employee training history and makes the employee training history available online.
• Sends electronic notification when an employee training certificate has expired and needs to be renewed.
• Maintains current agency and product inventory report online for materials used in agency body shop.
• Maintains the coatings usage log template that is completed by agency body shop each day and makes the template available online.
• Makes all reports available to agency online.
- Records management
• Include monthly VOC, haps NOX, etc. as required under district rule 459.
• Generate reports.
• Provide both daily and monthly emissions reports
• Provide products inventory report.
- Quarterly reports
• Generate quarterly VOC reports as required under district rule 459.
