The Vendor is required to provide on-site document shredding services of a small quantity of filled banker’s boxes or county-supplied recycling totes during office cleanouts and record purges.
• Line the consoles and containers with transfer bags for the purpose of transferring the contents to be shredded from consoles and containers to mobile shredders.
• Provide shredding services once every other week at department and once a month at avenue.
• All pick-ups and shredding of documents shall be done between the hours of 8 am - 12 pm and 1 pm - 3 pm, Monday through Friday, at a time which is mutually agreeable to the vendor and to the county.
• Perform its on-site shredding services in a designated parking lot area at department.
• Shred all documents into confetti-sized pieces using crosscut shredding.
• Provide bankers' boxes and large recycling totes for collection of large quantities of materials to be destroyed during office cleanouts or record purges.
