The Vendor is required to provide on-site secure document and other media shredding and destruction services for various departments located in the cities.
- Expected outcomes:
• Provide a certificate of destruction that must accompany each destruction.
• An invoice indicating amount destroyed may be acceptable.
• Vehicles picking up material to be shredded must have secure receptacles for material.
• Vendors are to pick up receptacles every other week on a mutually agreed upon day between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
• Successful vendor may be required to provide additional pickups and will calls on an as needed basis.
• Additional pickups and will calls must be provided within seventy-two (72) hours of the verbal request.
• All employees of the successful vendor must be bonded.
- Contractor shall provide:
• Services are to be performed on a bi-weekly basis
• Additional pickups and will calls are to be provided on an as needed basis.
- Quantities
• (48) 40 gallon consoles, (1) 17 gallon bin, (2) 32 gallon bins, (35) 64 gallon bins, and (28) 96 gallon bins in Ukiah
• (6) 40 gallon consoles, (1) 17 gallon bin, (1) 64 gallon bin in Willits
• (6) 40 gallon consoles and (6) 64 gallon bins in fort Bragg.
