Underground Electric Service

The vendor is required to provide that underground electric service of professional seal and signature for required plans and/or specifications
-The entirety of the “work” as described by these documents is fundamentally divided into two portions:
oOne, to be provided by the vendor – the seller or offeror of materials, equipment, and/or provision of field services to fulfill the vendor’s obligations.
The portion of the work to be provided by the vendor may be limited to provision of materials, equipment, and/or field services only
oAnd two, the portion of the work described as the actual installation and/or construction.
The portion of the work identified as construction and/or installation may or may not be identified to be performed by vendor. review scope of work to be performed by vendor and included specification sections carefully
-Provided elements to project site according to manufacturer’s recommendations and instructions and according to applicable trade standards.
-During shipment, further protect elements from damaging affects including, but not limited to, impact, abrasion, corrosion, chemicals, entrance of debris, and sunlight
-Provide and utilize hoists, cranes, slings and/or other equipment designed and constructed for purpose with sufficient load capabilities.
-Provided elements shall be the standard products of a manufacturer regularly engaged in the production of such and is the manufacturer’s current and standard design.
-Provided elements shall be from a manufacturer legally authorized to sell such in the united states
