The Vendor is required to provide integrated outreach, graphic design, and marketing services (services) to the city’s zero waste.
- Multi-cultural marketing – adapting campaigns to address the interests and concerns of various cultural and socio-economic groups
- Goal tracking – create evaluation metrics during campaign planning and gather metrics throughout implementation to measure performance
- Create outreach materials for specific campaigns and provide graphic design services to include:
• Utility bill inserts, print ads, digital ads, factsheets, newspaper articles, blog posts, displays, brochures, etc.
• Promotional items for the community, schools, special events, and businesses.
• Customized illustrations and artwork for a variety of formats (e.g., displays, brochures)
• High-resolution photographs with a regional context (including original photography if needed)
• Images, charts, infographics and graphs clearly explaining complicated information or a compelling call to action.
• Animated images and graphics
• Videos development and production, including story and script creation
• Creative elements for the agency website including photographs, graphics, charts, videos, games and other elements
- Coordinate with printing and copying services - Market research
• Develop marketing methodology with an emphasis on obtaining data to understand barriers to reach desired behavior change(s) and strategizing messaging to remove barriers and create the intended change(s)
• Audience research – identify the various segments of the population within the city and the issues/concerns of each plus the best ways to reach and engage them and influence their behavior
• Facilitate surveys, questionnaires, and focus groups to collect data and increase understanding of barriers to behavior change(s)
• Identify the barriers and benefits of specific behaviors to build effective marketing campaigns.
