Provision and Installation of Interior Exhibit Graphics Services

The vendor is required to provide from qualified suppliers for the provision, installation and future removal of printed 3m graphic film and overlaminate on county's modular, freestanding wall panel system ("system") for a temporary voting rights exhibition inside central library.
- County-supplied artwork files and furnish all labor, materials, tools, accessories, supervision and equipment necessary to digitally print artwork on adhesive film and apply film, followed by a protective overlaminate, onto county-supplied system.
- Contractor shall return to remove the overlaminate and film from system after the exhibit concludes.
- The prices bid shall include all labor, materials, tools, accessories, supervision, equipment, engineering services, shop drawings, insurance, travel, transportation, fuel, shipping, storage, warehousing, packing, unpacking, delivery, installation, overhead, profit, and any other costs necessary to complete this work.
